Chicken Crucifix

Ingredients
1.2 kg chicken
# For the sauce:
100 g mayonnaise
50 g ketchup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mustard
4-5 cloves garlic
salt, pepper in 1/2 tsp turmeric and coriander

Method
Chicken, using household scissors to cut a hole in the lower chest to the neck. With scissors to break the bones of the chest, in order to stretch, get out the tips of the wings.
