Chicken wheel with rice

Ingredients
700 g chicken fillet
1 cup Rice
200 g cooking cream
3 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 tomatoes
50 g cheese
salt, pepper
parsley

Method
Rice is boiled in salted water. Chicken cut into long strips and flavor. Cream mixed with tomato paste, add salt and pepper. In the center of a round baking dish (diameter 26 cm) to the fire bowl. Around it ranks chicken fillet. Remove the bowl and the gap is filled with rice and chopped tomatoes, can optional be put peas, green beans, corn, mushrooms and other again capped with bowl to hide the rice. Pour meat with cream and tomato paste. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 40-45 minutes at 180 C. After baking, the removable bowl. Serve with pan, scatter with parsley.

Well done, very well invented and tidy dish!

I just took it out of the oven-looks and smells amazing :) I added a little bacon to chicken and sprinkled with mozzarella :) I added photos :) Thanks for the recipe :)
