Chicken fillet with kiwi and carrots

Ingredients
600 g chicken
3 carrots
4 kiwi
200 g cheese
50 g walnuts
100 g mayonnaise
salt, pepper
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp water

Method
Chicken fillet cut into thin steaks. Ranks in a greased baking pan. Season with spices. Top rank circles peeled kiwi. Carrots, cheese and the walnuts be grinded and mixed with mayonnaise. Flavor is. This mixture is placed on the chicken fillet. Watered with 2-3 tbsp olive oil 2-3 tbsp water. Bake for 30 minutes at 160C and for 10 minutes at 200C, to seal to golden.

I just tried the recipe - great taste. Kiwi gives a slightly sour taste and carrots on top were great and crispy.

did the chicken for dinner, we like. Carrots with mayonnaise and cheese are top, even those who do not like cooked carrots were delighted. I used the two Kiwi (seemed quite large). Next time I would put only 1 thinly sliced, it was the general opinion.
