Pork pockets

Ingredients
800 g pork chops with bone
150 g cheese
50 g walnuts
50 g butter
1 tbsp green onions, parsley, dill
2 cloves garlic
50 g mayonnaise
salt, pepper
1/2 cup wine

Method
Cheese grated and mixed with chopped walnuts, the butter, green spices, crushed garlic, mayonnaise and pepper. Stuffing mix well. Pork chops cut into 4 thick slices. Salted and sprinkled with black pepper. In the middle of each piece a hole / pocket / with a sharp knife. The bag is filled with stuffing and sew. Chops fry on both sides. Arrange in a baking dish, pour 1/2 cup wine and bake 25-30 minutes at 200 C.
