Roasted piglet with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 little pig (about 4-5 kg)
500 g mushrooms
50 ml olive oil
150 ml red wine
1 lemon
salt

Method
Piggy cleaned, washed and salted. Place in a baking dish, add wine, very little water and cover the pan tightly and sealed with aluminum foil. Put it in a moderate oven and when broth boil reduce the power of the oven dish to a minimum and leave for about two hours and a half. During this time, wash the mushrooms and fry purposes. After taking off fthe oil tray in it and put the mushrooms and returned to the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the pig acquire a reddish color. While bake flushed occasionally with compartments broth. When serving garnish with lemon. I divide pig in half lengthwise. So burned better and allows us to prepare the dish again.
