Layered cake with walnut bases

Ingredients
# For the base:
8 eggs
300 g ground walnuts
200 g sugar
100 g flour
100 g chocolate
# For the cream:
1 liter milk
12 tbsp sugar
8 tbsp flour
60 g butter
20 g gelatin
50 g raisins
# For decoration:
fruits
ground walnuts

Method
Base: yolks with half the sugar crash and warm. Whip with remaining sugar. To cool yolks add chocolate the walnuts, flour and egg whites snow. The mixture is 3 the base, fired one by one. Cream: Milk is boiled with sugar. To this was added a little water fuzzy flour, stirring continuously. Add gelatin previously soaked and slightly warmed, and the butter. When cooled down and begin to clamp add raisins. The bases stick with the cream and the remainder of the cream Spread top and sides. Decorate optional.
