Feta cheese Shopski

Ingredients
500 g feta cheese
40 g butter
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
5 eggs
2 (100 g) red tomatoes
fresh or dried chili peppers

Method
The feta cheese desalted and cut into 5 slices, which are placed in greased with butter annular pot. On each slice is placed circle of tomato and sprinkle part of the butter. Casseroles put in very hot oven for 5-6 minutes. Remove and slice on each break 1 egg and sprinkle with remaining butter, colored with paprika. Add 1 fresh and spicy pepper. Casseroles again put in the oven to constipation eggs.

Water puts me?

Water does not write to put, and I do not see why. Gyuvechetata bake quite a bit - a total of about 10th minutes for the liquid from the tomatoes, butter and cheese should be sufficient.

I put and 1 green sweet pepper cut into rings.

casseroles will not burst in preheated oven?

A great Bulgarian dish.

Winter time put canned tomatoes and peppers from turshiyka ... mmm ... also going very well.
