Pork neck with aromatic podluchena paste

Ingredients
1.5 kg pork chops
300 g margarine
2 tbsp basil
1 tbsp onion powder
50 g pumpkin seeds
1. tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
50 ml olive oil
half a bunch of parsley
Method
Basil mixed with chopped parsley. Pumpkin seeds are milled and blended with the remaining ingredients of the paste. Steaks are coated well with the paste and leave to stand for at least 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Bake for 4-5 minutes on each side over medium coals until they reach a state of medium roasted meat. Finished steaks consumed with neutral flavor garnish - salad, steamed rice or cooked fries.

Bravo, of the proposal, but hard to find onion powder. In vestinika Kaufland is advertised, but the store was not delivered. Yes, good recipes are from the newspaper.

Yes, they can, but to preserve the taste is better on baking paper to bake.

If we do barbecue - watch them bake in a moderate fire, as it says in the recipe to remain fragile and acquire specific barbecue taste. The slower, more delicious :)
