Layered cake Garash marzipan

Ingredients
# For the base:
10 egg whites
300 g sugar
400 g ground walnuts
# For the cream:
100 ml water
100 g sugar
200 chocolate
6 yolks
200 g butter
# For glaze:
100 g chocolate
20 ml sunflower oil
200 g marzipan

Method
Beat the whites. Gradually add sugar and crash into a thick mass. Add the walnuts and stir carefully homogeneous mixture. In tray covered with paper and coated with margarine baked separately 3 the base. The cream is prepared as water, sugar and chocolate Boil syrup. Allow to cool slightly and add the yolks. The butter is stirred and added to it cold chocolate mixture. The bases are arranged in a ring cake as between them smeared cream. Allow for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. Separate ring marzipan is rolled and placed on the finished cake. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and diluted with sunflower oil. Watered on marzipan, leave for an hour in the refrigerator and decorate with minced meat almonds or optional.

This recipe is really good it's orginal recipe cake Garash aside only marzipan.Everything else is as ingredients, this recipe is a Gabrovska pastry but do not remember the name of this cake becomes truly superb.Vmoeto family honor.
