Bead Soup with cauliflower

Ingredients
150 g minced meat
1 carrot
1 potato
3 tbsp chopped leek
1 pepper
7-8 florets of cauliflower (frozen)
vermicelli
1 tbsp dried vegetables or other vegetable seasoning
sour cream or yogurt
parsley, dill
1 small tomato

Method
Potatoes, carrots and onions are peeled and cut into cubes, pepper too. Vegetables, without tomatoes, boil 15 minutes. Add the vegetable and spice balls of minced meat (seasoned optional). Boil until the float balls and add the grated tomato. After 10 minutes, add vermicelli. Serve with sour cream and a sprig of dill.
