Plakia zucchini (potatoes) and roots soup

Ingredients
800 g zucchini (potatoes) or 400 g and 400 g zucchini fries
2 carrots
1/2 head celery
2 bunches green onions
2-3 sprigs fresh garlic
4-5 tomatoes
1 tbsp flour
15-20 olives
1 bay leaf
1/2 bunch of parsley and dill
1 lemon
1/2 cup sunflower oil
pepper, salt

Method
Carrots and celery cut into small pieces (or grated) and sauté until soft with a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp sunflower oil, as in the stifling add 2-3 tbsp hot water. Courgettes are scraped, cut into slices and add salt, then rank keremidoobrazno in greased pan with sunflower oil (I ordered zucchini circle, circle potato, etc.). Sprinkle with pepper. Add bay leaf pieces and free of stones olives. On them put stewed roots, mixed with finely chopped onions, parsley and dill. Cover with slices of tomato and lemon, add salt and pour in the remaining sunflower oil. The dish is placed for 15 minutes in a hot oven, then pour 1/2 cup hot water and bake another 15 minutes (if you cook potatoes or mixed, the time is extended). Flour suspended in a little cold water, diluted with liquid from the dish to 1 cup and added. Bake 5-6 minutes.

Today I did, but I poured it on top cover for moussaka and courgettes between narasih little rice. Be eaten hot and cold. The dish is very mild.

Today again I used this recipe delicious and fresh. I put green wild plums (and of course missed the lemon). And hot and cold is irresistibly delicious.

Elti, where do you think that with dzhanarkite ?! Bravo! Will take your idea. Dzhanarkite usually use when you cook green beans.
