Turkish revani

Ingredients
10 eggs
150 g sugar
1 cup flour
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
3 and 1/2 cup water
2 vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cloves
Turkish revani

Method
Whip with sugar snow. Then carefully add the beaten yolks to white. To this mixture with slow stirring, was added flour. Bake in a baking dish with a diameter of 26 cm. To 180 C in about 25 minutes to slightly browning. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Boil syrup and tepid revani pour hot syrup. Quickly replace the lid to absorb the syrup. Serve with cream.

No, do not. The aim is to become a very fine sponge dough. This roaring do quite often and become very hubavo- fluffy and juicy.
