Ingredients
2 liters of fresh milk
400 g fresh feta cheese (Cream, Philadelphia)
200 g of raisins or other dried fruits
125 g butter
2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

Method
Milk boil, put the feta cheese and raisins, chopped and stir to melt the feta cheese. Insert the lemon juice (or vinegar) to cross. batter is something between curd and fresh cheese. The texture is such that to be cut into pieces, but not creamy, crumbly and RECO.
