Ingredients
200 g yogurt
7 g fresh yeast
1 egg
1/2 tbsp salt
3/4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 chopped red pepper - fresh or roasted
7 olives - cut into pieces
flour as you take
oregano, rosemary

Method
Yeast dissolved in 50 ml water and placed in a container together with beaten egg, milk, salt, sugar and flour, enough to make a good , tight ball.
