Ingredients
          200 g couverture chocolate
          1 liter milk
          2 tbsp sugar
          pinch of cinnamon
          vanilla 1
          1 cup white rice

          Method
              Preheat over low heat in a saucepan the milk with sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Add the rice and boil 30 minutes. Add the chocolate pieces and mix. Boil until thickened, stirring frequently. Pour into bowls. Can be served warm or leave in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
