Puff pastry with cream and walnuts

Ingredients
about 280 g puff pastry
500 ml milk
200 g sugar
60 g flour
6 yolks
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 lemon essence of others. Oetker

Method
Puff pastry rolled out crust thickness 3-4 mm. The sheet is cut into 3 equal parts.
