Vegan potato-mushroom-pea slices

Ingredients
5 potatoes
5 field mushrooms
4 tbsp canned peas
margarine (butter)
salt
spices optional
roasted peppers (chutney) for garnish

Method
Choose potatoes and mushrooms with roughly the same diameter. Grease a baking dish with margarine. Cut the potatoes and mushroom slices and lightly salt them. Mash peas 1 tbsp margarine until you have something like pate. Apply a slice of potato with pea paste, put the sponge on top again pea paste, sponge again, again pate and top finish with potato (pea pate stitches them together well). So while you run products. Arrange in a baking dish and sprinkle with spices (I put dill and black pepper) Bake at 180-200 degrees. Serve garnished with roasted peppers or chutney, or whatever you like. * For those who do not fast, you can substitute margarine with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
