Lamb with bulgur in Dobrudjanski

1.5 - 2 kg lamb
1 cup bulgur (crushed grain)
1/2 cup Rice
7 cups water
2 large onions
1 level tbsp mint
1 level tbsp lovage
1/2 tbsp flat savory
2-3 tbsp paprika
3 bay leaves
2-3 pinches black pepper
salt and sunflower oil

Wash lamb, cut it into chunks portions and lightly salted (to stand at least 20 minutes). Cut the onion into cubes. Clean (cut) and wash the rice and the bulgur, mix them together with the onion and all spices and pour into a deep tray. Add the water, salt and sunflower oil according to how bland lamb. Stir well, evenly in the pan and arrange the pieces of lamb on top. Original in Dobrogea bake in the oven, but today hosts enough to include oven to 250 degrees and bake an hour and a half. Taste and flavor are amazing, it is important to comply with spices. To me is delicious with lamb fat and less sunflower oil, but everyone has their preferences.
