Ayurvedic breakfast

Ingredients
100 g of oatmeal or a mix of 5 types of grain, barley or nuts
1 handful of mixed nuts and seeds - almonds, sunflower seeds and so on..
1 handful of raisins or other dried fruit, chopped finely
shredded ginger
1 tbsp Gee (or butter)
1 apple, cut into large cubes
syrup to sweeten if needed
Water
cinnamon powder

Method
In saucepan melt Gee (or butter), it put nuts seeds and raisins, and get high until they begin to smell. Insert the ginger and oatmeal, stirred to take the fat and supplemented with water about 1 cm above their level. Kotlonat is minimized. In another bowl put the apple with cinnamon and a little water and stew until poluomekvane - about 3-4 minutes. When nuts absorb liquid mixed with apples and need sweetened with syrup (from cane, agave, etc..).
