Baked sea bass

Ingredients
3 bass
700 g potatoes
2 onions
2 carrots
250 g mushrooms mushrooms
1 tomato
100 ml white wine
lemon
spices of your choice - rosemary, pepper, celery, parsley, dill

Method
Cleaned fish are salted and seasoned with spices and lemon. Vegetables cut into shapes at will and put in a greased with butter tray. Sprinkle with salt, spices and white wine. Arrange them on the fish. Everything watered with sunflower oil and bake 45 minutes in foil. After removal of fthe oil firing continued for 15 minutes.

used bream. Instead of 700 g potatoes put only 2 pcs. added, and a green pepper, and the result was magnificent. The dish is very successful. Thanks for the great idea!
