Ingredients
1.5 kg chili
400 ml vinegar on 6%
350 ml sunflower oil
200 g sugar
150 g salt
10 tomatoes
1 tsp black pepper (ground)
4 bay leaves
1 bunch chopped parsley
Chapter 1 finely chopped garlic
Method
Grated tomato, the oil, vinegar, sugar and salt to the boil. Chushletata with carved handles, is riddled with needle and boiled for 10 minutes. Add the parsley, bay leaves and black pepper and garlic. Fill jars and sterilized for 5 minutes.
