Potato croquettes - II type

Ingredients
500-600 g potatoes
2 eggs
130 g of flour (1 cup)
grated cheese optional
pepper, salt
breadcrumbs
fat frying
Method
Boil potatoes and blend them. Knead them well with one egg, flour, grated cheese, pepper and salt. Allow the mixture to stand for about half an hour. Shape oblong croquettes, thick finger about 1 and 5.6 cm long. Immerse them consistently remaining beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry the croquettes in preheated oil.
