Chicken livers with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
2 onions or leeks
400 g fresh mushrooms
1 cup red wine
200 g cheese
salt, pepper

Method
Luke cut in large pieces and stew in fat. Add scalded livers coarsely chopped. Add the mushrooms and cut into one, flavor and pour into a glass pan. Add wine and bake in a moderate oven. When finished Grate cheese.

Could I skip parboiling of livers, but to Przno little onions?

I honestly do not know why are steamed, but I learned from my mother. Probably will not have any problem to skip this part. I generally boil water in a pot and watering them - they immediately turn white.

livers are steamed prior to tight. Sometimes I do so. Depends on the quality of the livers and the technology of the recipe. In this case, scalded and chopped liver will have a kind, raw and cut - other / might be banging /. If added goals, there is no problem with a little braised onions.
