Method
Divide the egg whites from the yolk of one egg by separating egg whites aside. All other ingredients mix consistently in a deep bowl. Optional, once the mixture is ready, you can take part of it and mix it with 2-3 tbsp cocoa. In a separate bowl mix compartments egg white with 1/2 cup sugar (the remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar remain for the other mixture) and mix to snow. Arrange the pieces of paper in the tray for the hood and spills optional and both types of mixture to half of the paper, because cooks will inflate. Optional, can sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake them in a pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes. When ready, remove them, greased the top with a cute little and then put whites on top and bake them for another 10 minutes, until they are lightly golden.

In how large shapes bake - as muffins or smaller?

To be honest, I did not know what the hood. Shame. It would be super if someone illuminate me in this regard. Half a cup of sugar, which breaks down protein compartments, separated from both of the products in cups sugar or separately? In both cases it would be better to correct the text. The recipe is interesting.

xevi, baking pans are smaller than for muffins;) Aliana - Half cup sugar 2 cups of these, I wrote thus remain 1 1/2 cups sugar mixture to the rest :) A hood is something like muffins, but are slightly smaller :)
