Coconut chicken legs with sauce Grape

Ingredients
4 chicken legs (upper)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 bay leaves
1 egg
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup coconut
# For the sauce:
2 tbsp flour
1 cup grape juice
pepper, salt
1 tbsp butter
1 cup cooked rice for serving

Method
Boil in salted water legs where we added the bay leaves and cinnamon. Then beaten egg 3 tbsp flour and 1/2 tsp oregano. Should get a smooth paste in the oval legs. Then roll them in coconut. Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake at 180C until browned. While we make legs bake sauce grapes. Fry 2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp butter and Pour the juice from the grapes. Add salt and pepper and stir the sauce thickens. Serve finished legs with boiled rice and sauce.
