Ingredients
1 long white radish
2 carrots
1 small head kale (kolrabi)
1/3 head celery
3-4 pickled chillies
# For the vinaigrette:
salt mix seeds, 1 tsp dried garlic
3-4 tbsp balsamic or other vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil or sunflower oil grape seed

Method
Clean the turnips and carrots. Peel alabasha and celery. Grate vegetables grater. Mix them and mix. We 're seeds and handle chushletata. Cut them into small pieces and mix with vegetables.
