Broccoli soup with basil and parmesan

Ingredients
1 head brokloli
2 large potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
3 cloves garlic
50 g feta cheese Parmesan
3 tbsp butter
basil, white pepper
parsley
Method
Tear broccoli florets, soaked in salted water for 2 hours and washed. Then put in boiling salted water and blanched for 3 minutes. Remove from water and drain. Half of them Strain. In another saucepan boil in salted water peeled potatoes and carrots and onion - a whole. Onions are discarded and potato and carrot Strain and return to broth, which needs to boil a few minutes. Add the smashed broccoli, basil and parsley, crushed garlic with salt, the butter and grated Parmesan. Before you depart from the heat soup in it adding the remaining florets of broccoli. Serve hot.
