3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp red pepper

# 1 For omelet:
1 egg
flour 1 tsp
1tbsp water
salt

Method
Cut the meat into chunks and fry in the oil. Add chopped onion in large pieces and grated carrot and sauté. Add the tomato paste and red pepper. Make up water enough to cover the meat. Season with salt, pepper and savory. Optional can be put and mushrooms. Stew on low heat until the fat remains. Fry is thin omelettes and they shall turn kavarma.
