Potato Meatballs with Spinach

Ingredients
500 g boiled potatoes
150 g braised spinach
100 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp milk
20 g butter
spices of your choice
dill and parsley
# Oval:
mixture of cornmeal and bread crumbs
# For the batter:
2 eggs

Method
Potatoes are creased while warm with the butter and milk, add fried spinach, the feta cheese - of cubes and cheese - small pieces, add the mayonnaise with spices, dill and parsley. Everything izmesva nice and leave in the fridge to set. Then formed meatballs to be pressed into a mixed the cornmeal and breadcrumbs. Meatballs rolled fsunflower with oil and put in the fridge for about 20 minutes nice to be tight, then rolled in beaten eggs, and again put in the fridge to firm for five minutes, but fthe oil. Remove them and fry in preheated oil. Serve warm or cold. Maybe with some drops of lemon juice to dusting, meatballs are juicy and delicious.

These meatballs I have rules to give something very tasty! Petqanabel, super offer! :)

are wonderful. Do them much the same nachiv. The difference is that you add the mayonnaise mixture. After cooling directly fried them, not put them in the fridge again. Becomes very tasty if you add garlic sauce or just yogurt with garlic.

can I put garlic sauce bites such kyufetata
