Coconut-chocolate cake Katerina

Ingredients
300 g yogurt
200 g sugar
200 g fat (margarine, sunflower oil or butter)
300 g flour
5 g baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tea cup . chocolate sprinkles
1/2 cup coconut
2 vanilla
# For glaze:
200 g white chocolate
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp cream cheese desalinated

Method
Mix all dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, chocolate sprinkles, coconut and vanilla). In a suitable container mix the butter and sugar, quenched soda in yoghurt and added to the butter, and then mixed with the dry ingredients. Pour into a suitable tray and baked until ready to 160-170 C, about 30-40 minutes depending on the oven. frosting: Comminute chocolate pieces, put it milk and melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Once the chocolate is ready add the cream and the feta cheese. Apply on the cake and sprinkle with coconut. * Optional sugar may increase for sweet cake.

cake not get me :( remained almost sticky inside and concise. A match I pulled a dry and still gave him another 20 minutes after that. Well, some of them liked it here Philip halfway baking pan, but I know its not that another should be, and is torturing me why this happened;)

I want to ask what exactly fat to be used for good rezultat- still tightens then oil and oil leaving *wet* effect in the cake? And what diameter baking pan are the products? Thank you.

Finally the time comes and this sladkish- received very well liked. I used one though. oil 125 g. and I added 1 1/2. l. margarine. I put another 1/3 h. H. Sugar. TOPPING I was still 1 125 grams. Cream cheese + 200 g. + Sour cream icing sugar to taste. Very nice dessert. Bravo! :)
