Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup egg white powder
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup almonds
10 dried apricots
1/4 cup raisins

Method
Milk, water, egg white powder, peanut butter, honey and vanilla, mix and heat over low heat. Stir constantly until a uniform mixture. Add and premixed oatmeal, almonds and dried fruit. The mixture is well mixed and spread in pan on baking paper. Cover with transparent foil and pressed so that the mixture becomes thicker. Leave in refrigerator to set, cut into pieces that are wrapped one by one in transparent foil. Stored in a refrigerator. * I used egg white powder with a taste of chocolate, but the taste is optional. Almonds and dried fruits can be replaced with other nuts and dried fruits.

I have prepared them with Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard Double Chocolate online. In general protein powder in Bulgaria it is in sports shops where they sell food supplements. Unfortunately, I can not help with a specific store.
