100-150 g cleared snails
1 bunch fresh garlic
dill
oil
1 lemon
Method
Pre-processed (cooked and cleaned snails) are cut in small pieces and doparzhvat in butter. Mix with chopped leaves of garlic and dill. Salting and pour the olive oil and lemon to taste. * It is recommended to use gloves when eating so as not to bite fingers.
