All the ingredients (except lettuce and lemon slices) are mixed and stirred and squashed very well. Trying to taste and, if needed, additional spices. From the mixture make small "meatballs" Sonya. Allow to stand for several hours to blend flavors. Serve at room temperature, each Sonia placed lettuce leaves and serve with a slice of lemon. Eat with hands on Sonia goal squeezed a little lemon and it is screwed in leaf lettuce. * appetizer * Red Sonja * specialty was in a small but very well-liked restaurant closed about a year ago. Since this specialty was what was ordered mandatory for each visit to the restaurant, many fans miss. This method of preparation is quite successful attempt to copy the recipe. Way of serving and mostly eat was a tradition on which owners anxious. * In English recipe and put 3/4 cup apple sauce, which I chose to miss.

It sounds very, very interesting! Unfortunately currently have absolutely not nab cereal and milk products, and bulgur wheat is and will have to wait. Put the recipe in the folder with your favorite and will do as soon as possible!

Rally, May and I have to reduce cereals (milk rarely eat). I hope you enjoy the recipe!

Gerganche, I now all the time thinking how you would occur if replaced with bulgur chickpeas. And as regards cereals - apparently May I have an intolerance to gluten, a not asweet and latent. Or so, or a problem with the lactose of dairy products. Will become clear after another two months full withdrawal of all cereal and milk. It is a little unfortunate, but I got used to;)

Rally, I'm not sure about the chick-a. I think that one of the qualities of bulgur in this recipe is that other sticky products, but I could be wrong. It is really a pity! However, health is the most important because it is better not to tempt. On the other hand, a good cook with imagination and knowledge like yours can offer delicious alternatives for people with such problems. Fingers crossed!

Thank you for the nice words, Gergana :) I will share if you try modified :)

I have prepared it, and became incredibly delicious ... quite rapidly over ... thanks for the recipe.

Sveth, I'm glad that you liked Sonny! And we licked his fingers.
