Method
In a shallow bowl mix the flour, thyme, salt and pepper. Chicken legs Oval well in this mixture. Then fried until golden in hot sunflower oil. When ready, be transferred to the tray. Leeks are cleaned and finely ground. Bacon cut into cubes. Fry in the same court where the leeks soften and begin to lightly caramelized, add the mustard and cream. Pour about 200 ml water, stir and seasoned with salt and pepper. This sauce is poured over the chicken legs. Bake in preheated oven at 200C degrees with a fan for 30 minutes under the lid or aluminum foil and another 30 minutes - no.

This promises to be very tasty! Goes to *Favorites*!

Last night I worked on it, was very good. Instead of bacon, however, put smoked pork loin.

And what is *retro mustard*?

That is mustard, which is of a coarser texture and has seeds inside. I put simple, because there is none, I do not know what will be the difference in taste. Maybe *retro mustard* has a strong and rich aroma.
