Ingredients
100 g of margarine or butter
1 and 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
2 cup flour raising agent
4 bananas

Method
The butter is melted and poured into a large bowl. Stirring continuously added products in the following order: sugar, eggs, flour, salt and mashed bananas with a fork (but not pureed). The mixture was poured into an oblong shape for bread and baked for about 30 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven. From the cake batter can roast muffins, dusted with powdered sugar.
