Eggplant with sauce - II type

Ingredients
3 eggplants
2 cup grated cheese
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup yogurt
dill
salt
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Eggplants cut into slices. Add salt is. Leave to drain their bitterness. Fry in heated sunflower oil. Then wait in 3 layers, as between them sprinkles cheese. Beat eggs with yogurt and a little salt and dill. TOPPING pour over the eggplants. Bake to redness in a hot oven.

Sounds pretty tasty, and now I caught some huge eggplants. Will try, then I will share how it happened. :)

Cheese replaced it with a mixture of cheese and ricotta and put garlic and basil, top grated cheese, aubergines them parzhih and zapekoh pan without oil. It was light and tasty dish, thanks for the recipe :)
