Ingredients
1 head red beet
2-3 carrots
1 turnip
salt
vinegar
sunflower oil
celery

Method
Beets peel and grate peel turnips and carrots . Add vinegar to taste, salt, sunflower oil and finely chopped celery leaves. Mix well. Ideal for salad immune system.

Such a combination I have not done. I usually do turnips and carrots or carrots and beets.

Be sure to try this option and vinegar can be replaced by lemon, although I do own cider vinegar.

I am not Olga, so grabbed me. I just wonder whether the objectives can be changed with parsley, without suffering the overall taste, do not eat raw.

On this salad not put herbs.

When I make potato salad, be sure to put finely chopped celery leaves.

I personally add and beans cooked corn (canned) and vinegar instead of lemon juice.

Very tasty happened!
