Pork chops with apples and whiskey

Ingredients
4 pork fillets 200 g (800 g)
2 tbsp Maggie unisos or soy sauce
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp butter
1 green apple, sliced thinly sliced ​​
1 tbsp butter for browning apple
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 onions cut into thin crescents
4 tbsp whiskey
200 ml apple cider vinegar
200 g cream
Method
Steaks are coated with half soy sauce and rolled in flour. The butter and the oil is heated and there are fried steaks 5 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other. Remove and keep warm. In the same fat, put onion and stir until tender. Pour whiskey, light and carefully when quenched, pour the apple juice and half soy sauce. The liquid was allowed to boil off in half and then add the cream and steaks. After 2 minutes, removed from the fire. Apple cut into thin slices and fry for 1 minute in the butter, then add the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Stir gently and after about 2 minutes are deducted.
