Ingredients
          2 and 1/2 cup flour
          3/4 cup milk
          1 tsp dry yeast
          1 egg
          200 g feta cheese
          200 g butter
          salt

          Method
              Flour and fuzzy in milk yeast and salt is kneaded dough, which is left in a warm place to rise. The risen dough is kneaded again with some of the melted butter, is divided into 5 parts, and stretched 5 leaves. The leaves are arranged alternately in the pan, as between them put the stuffing of crumbled feta cheese and beaten egg. The tutmanik cut into squares, pour the melted butter with the rest and bake in a hot oven until browned.

Tasty, but not plunk enough, I think that the addition of fat after rising process is wrong because the re-kneading shrinks and plunk more.
