Ingredients
2 tsp dry yeast
1 and 1/2 cup slightly warmed water
1 and 1/2 cup white flour
1 and 1/2 cup wholemeal flour (graham)
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Sesame
about 2 tbsp milk spreads
about 2 tbsp sesame seeds for sprinkling

Method
Knead elastic dough and leave to rise until doubled in volume. After the break rise of 16 balls, which arrange in a buttered baking dish. Leave to rise again in a warm place about 30 minutes. Then anointed with milk on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 220 C first 15 minutes and then reduce to 180 C and bake for about 30 minutes.
