Peacock drumsticks

Ingredients
800 g chicken legs
150 g cheese
50 g mustard
4 eggs
100 g cornflakes or bread crumbs
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
Cheese is grated finely grater , add the mustard, two eggs, pepper, salt and mix. Chicken legs cleaned and washed be affixed with the mixture. The remaining 2 eggs are broken foam. Cornflakes crushed powder. Oval legs in it, and again in eggs and egg cornflakes. Legs are fried in hot oil until golden.

I think this will be very tasty with chicken fillet, fried drumstick because slower otherwise remain raw inside.
