Ingredients
1 kg green beans
2-3 eggs
flour batter
1 cup sunflower oil
salt

Method
Green beans are boiled in salted water (I use a pressure cooker and it brew steam for 10 minutes and then Solja). Drain well and cool to add some each pod in flour, egg and fry in heated sunflower oil. Serve with a salad of your choice. In winter can be used jars of green beans, not pre-cooked.

If you enjoyed the round of beans, it is smaller and easier to rank 3-4 pods combined with toothpicks and so fry.
