Banitsa Chicken

Ingredients
500 g chicken
500 g filo pastry sheets (1 package)
2 onions
5 eggs
200 g feta cheese
150 g margarine
100 ml milk
pepper
salt
Method
Boil the chicken in salted water. Get out of the foam, add chopped onion slices and boil. Subtract the chicken, remove skin and bones and cut the meat into thin strips. Add the milk to the cooked onions and leave to boil for 5 minutes. We remove from heat and add chicken, crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, salt and pepper and mix well. In a greased pan with butter put two wafers anointed them with margarine, cover with stuffing and so redim phyllo and filling. Finish on top with two wafers spread with butter and a little water. Bake in moderate oven about 1 hour.

tasty ... just that I do not fit cheese with chicken. Supposition with melted cheese or cheese.

Personally, I like cheese, but try and melted cheese or cheese!

I ate pie with chicken and I loved it, but no cheese ... Will try with melted cheese. Vesi, thanks for the recipe!
