Dresden layered cake

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) flour
100 g butter
pinch of salt
1 egg
pinch of baking powder
# Cream:
100 g butter
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1/4 cup (50 g) flour
2 eggs
pinch of salt
500 ml milk
4 tbsp (40 ml) lemon juice
lemon peel 1/2
1 tbsp (10 ml) rum
5 bitter almonds
Method
Of flour, the butter, a pinch of salt, an egg and a pinch of baking powder is kneaded dough and leave 30 minutes in the cold. Then rolled and spread in the form of a cake, with strong edges are drawn up (to the sides of the form). Cream is prepared as the butter and sugar is broken down, add the eggs and finally the flour. Season with a pinch of salt, lemon juice, grated peel, rum and ground bitter almonds. Milk is heated without boiling, form a cake baked in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Hot milk is poured into the prepared mixture and stir with a mixer 2-H minutes until slightly thickened. Immediately pour over the cooked base and bake 30 minutes, until the surface of the cake is red.

It is very light and good taste of cake. Try it!

It is extremely bad, but I would not include it in the list of my favorite recipes.
