Ingredients
400 g of fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 onion
1 tomato
200 g rice
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper

Method
In fat and less water sauté until soft onions, chopped and shredded mushrooms. Add the cleaned and washed rice and chopped tomatoes. Pour the required amount of water, add salt dish and bake in the oven. Serve sprinkled with pepper and chopped parsley.

For quite some time I make this recipe when we need a light dinner after a big lunch. Always try to add something zelenichko - in Bulgaria - dock, nettle, spinach here, aselga. This time I had nisho hand except a packet of frozen vegetables for soup - broccoli, peas, carrots and corn. Serve with soybean sauce - out very tasty.
