Fried rice with vegetables

Ingredients
300 g long-grain rice
200 g mix frozen vegetables
2 eggs
1/2 tsp sodium glutamate
1/2 tsp curry
2 tbsp soy sauce
4-5 tbsp vegetable oil
100 g soy sprouts

Method
Rice was washed and boiled in water with the ratio 1: 2 to uptake of water. Vegetables (without soy sprouts) are cooked separately for 5-10 minutes. Eggs are broken and fry omelets. Heat the vegetable oil. Add vegetables, rice, soy sauce and curry. Stir constantly over high heat about 5 minutes. Sodium glutamate and shredded omelet. Stirred 2 minutes.

Sodium glutamate can you replace it with something else, because I have no time. And why put it?

Sodium glutamate is a flavor enhancer - does not change the taste of the dish, but reinforces it. It is not mandatory (especially if you do not have), but it gets better.

Sodium glutamate is very harmful substance. I never use it. Perhaps before cooking it is good to read a little and make sure that it is harmful.
