Cold chocolate

Ingredients
100 g of dark chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1 yolk
1 cup lukewarm milk
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp nutmeg
1 l ice milk
cinnamon
Method
Yolks are broken with 3 tbsp sugar, starch and add 1 cup milk. The mixture is put on low heat to thicken as cream, stirring constantly. To the boiling mixture, remaining sugar and broken into small pieces of chocolate. Stir until dissolved. Add the remaining ice milk. Chocolate is served in tall glasses, sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
