Minced meat is placed in a large bowl and add to it chopped onion, carrot, pickles, mushrooms and peppers. Add spices and everything is kneaded very nice. In greased with sunflower oil pan put the mixture and spread evenly. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake another 5 minutes until golden.
