Ingredients
600 g cow feta cheese
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp parsley
1 clove garlic
pepper dried coriander
Method
The feta cheese dry with kitchen paper and add some flour. Mix well vinegar, mustard, chopped garlic, half sunflower oil, black pepper, coriander and grated lemon peel. Heat the remaining sunflower oil in a skillet over medium heat and the feta cheese fry 1 minute on each side until golden. Transfer to a warm plate. Sprinkle with topping and chopped parsley. Serve with lightly roasted sesame bread.
