Cream cheese soup

Ingredients
300 g feta cheese
30 g butter
1 tbsp dry vegetable seasoning
# For soup thickenerta:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 tbsp flour

Method
The feta cheese is crushed together with the butter and vegetable seasoning. Pour about 1 liter of water and boil for about 10 minutes. During this time a nice mix of smooth mash products thickenerta soup. Soup thickenerta added to the boiling soup with constant stirring and so simmer for 1-2 minutes. If the feta cheese is very savory, can not add the vegetable seasoning. Can be served with croutons.
